Self Laryngeal Massage Techinuqes

Posted OnNovember 12, 2021 byGerald White

I stumbled upon this technique a few years ago when visiting a clinician who addresses muscle tension, stress, swallowing disorders etc…. I found this technique life changing. It really helps to get into those tight places in your neck and head area and loosen it all up. It’s about an hour process where you lay on a massage table fully clothed and have a certified specialist work from your upper chest to the top of your head.

I have recently been certified in this technique and will start implementing it into my practice as part of vocal health.

This coming December, I will be teaming up with Crystal Barron and co-hosting an event with her. She will lead this and show singers how to Self Massage this area of the body and learn how to relax all of that tension.

If you would like to sign up for this workshop, go to the MASTERCLASS PAGE of this website and click on the link. If you would like a one on one session with me, you can also inquire at your next lesson.
